What is my return policy?
You have the right to return the jewelry within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving a reason.
We only accept jewelry returns if the item is new and unworn. If your goods show a defect or an item is missing, this must be reported in advance. Otherwise there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded.
If your return right of 14 days has been exceeded and we have not previously confirmed an extended right of return, your return will be sent back to you automatically.

How can I return the goods?
Please include your name, the order number and the reason for the return with your return so that we can identify it.
Please note that you bear the costs for your return yourself. Send the return packaged securely to the following address:

We assume no liability for transport damage or the loss of the goods when they are returned. Please pack the jewelery for shipping in a padded and well-protected manner and send it with tracking/insurance if necessary.

Can I exchange my order?
We do not offer jewelry exchanges. However, we offer the possibility of a return within 14 days of receipt. As soon as your return has reached us, we will refund your money.

What is the delivery time?
After your order is made, your new HEJ SOLEIL jewelry will be shipped immediately. After placing your order, you will receive them within 3-6 working days.

Where does the amber used come from ?
We obtain our amber beads from a manufacturer in Lithuania certified by the International Amber Association and regularly randomly check the authenticity of the amber in a German laboratory.

✹ What other materials are used?
All metal elements used (such as clasps, extension chains and pendants) are made of 925 sterling silver, manufactured in the EU/USA and possibly 24k gold-plated. The jewelry is mounted on nylon or wire.

In our store you can choose between the following payment options: PayPal, VISA, American Express (AMEX), Mastercard, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay.

✹ Do I have to create a customer account to order?
A customer account is not absolutely necessary. You can also order from us as a guest.
